Silver Dollar Lotus Biscoff Cookies
Classic, chewy, bite-sized cookies, full of Lotus Biscoff flavor.
Heat oven to 350 F. Cream sugars, butter and Biscoff Cookie Butter. Add egg and continue to beat until smooth. Add baking powder, soda and vanilla and beat until well blended. Add flour and mix until smooth. Roll into small balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet, and criss cross balls with fork. Bake at 350 F for 6-7 minutes. Yield 3 dozen. May add chocolate or butterscotch chips to batter.
